You can return any items received, but we have a few stipulations:
Clothing (Apparel), Gadgets & Accessories
- Our returns policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery of the product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, then we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
ITEM CONDITION for Exchange
- The item(s) being returned cannot have stains, odor, pet hair, etc.
- Please make sure that the shirt is folded properly, and is not wadded up.
- Please note that, if the shirt is in an unsellable condition when we receive it (due to stains, odor, pet hair, etc), you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item.
- Please make sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any extra costs.
Steps to complete your Exchange:

- Before shipping the garment or gadget or any accessory back to us, please send us a snapshot or picture to the email at email@example.com and ONLY when we confirm it is ok to return, please do so.
- It’s rare for anyone to ever return anything. We can’t exchange because it’s on demand production. If, for some unfortunate reason, there is a bad print or irregular garment, we request the customer to usually send us a picture or snapshot for review.
- We would ship a replacement if it doesn’t come out right.
- Items must be undamaged in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.*
- We will be happy to refund or exchange any unwashed, unworn merchandise with all tags and a copy of your receipt or invoice within 14 days from the date of sale.
- This means we must receive your return no later than the 14th day.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition.
- If the items are not in re-sellable condition ( damaged or used and/or worn) , they are non – refundable or exchangeable.
- If too many items are returned (5 or more items) extra charges may apply..
Reasons for Returns
- Wrong Address – If customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returns due to any change of product or address are subject to new shipping charges.
- *Hosiery, Underwear, and all Seasonal Items (including costumes and masks) are final sales.
- Swim wear is non-refundable.
- Orders placed during give-away promotions may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
EXCEPTIONS for REFUNDS
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on hosiery and underwear.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on SEASONAL items such as Masks, Costumes and Costume Accessories and One of a Kind/Sample Sale items.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Sample Sale & One of a Kind Items.
- Costumes are a seasonal item and can only be exchanged for another size.
- All Swim wear is non – refundable or exchangeable.
- Please note that orders placed during give-a-way promotions may only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
- Orders which received give-away items may not be returned for refunds if that means the minimum dollar amount for the give-away will no longer be met.
- Promotions for give-a-ways include any and all give-away specials.
- Unfortunately customs fees are subject to the buyer; we will not be able to assist with customs fees. Please check with your customs department prior to purchasing for additional information.
- After your return is approved, a refund will be applied (less shipping charges & restocking fees) to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Please contact your bank and then credit card company if your refund has not been posted after 14-21 days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- We accept exchanges of undamaged items within 14 days of the customer’s receipt, etc…
- Customer must pay additional shipping and handling charges.

- To return your product, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with a return address. Please do not ship items back unannounced, we may not be able to refund your purchase if you do.
- Apologies, but we are a small company and cannot afford to refund your shipping costs. You will have to pay for the shipping cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping ($4.95 for domestic or $9.95 for international) will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
